As R&B crooner Tyrese preps the release of his first album since 2006’s ‘Alter Ego,’ the “Take Me Away” hitmaker aligns his business dealings accordingly by signing with Alicia Keys’ former manager and business partner Jeff Robinson and his MBK Entertainment. Robinson has been instrumental over the years, leading several artist to the Grammys. He has also developed film and concert ventures.
Tyrese an active Tweeter had his fans determine the name of his forthcoming album ‘Open Invitation.’ The album is tentatively scheduled for release this summer on J Records.
Outside of music Tyrese is getting ready to release his forthcoming book “How To Get Out of Your Own Way,” a series of fundamental questions that helped him redefine who he was as a human being. Due April 7 via Grand Central Publishing, âHow To Get Out of Your Own Way,” is a guide to helping yourself, using Tyrese’s experiences as a learning tool.
