From the opening performance by Lil Wayne and T-Pain to Drake taking home three awards for his album ‘Take Care’, read on for a complete round-up of this epic event.

The star-studded ceremony was hosted by actor/comedian Mike Epps, who kept everyone laughing throughout the entire evening. Major award winners included Nicki Minaj, who won four awards including Best Female Hip Hop Artist, as well as Drake and Kanye West each receiving two awards. Other highlights from the show include explosive performances from Wiz Khalifa & Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross featuring Diddy & Meek Mill, and Young Jeezy performing alongside Jay-Z.

As always, there were plenty of celebrity appearances and special moments that made this year’s BET Hip Hop Awards one to remember – but if you missed it don’t worry; now you can catch up on everything you need to know right here!

Winners Of The 2010 Bet Hip Hop Awards

The 2010 BET Hip Hop Awards brought together some of the most iconic and celebrated hip hop artists in music today. This year’s show was packed with performances, tributes, awards, and surprises that made it an event to remember.

From Nicki Minaj to T-Pain and Drake, this year’s award winners showed why they are at the top of their game. Nicki Minaj won Best Female Hip Hop Artist while Drake was awarded Lyricist of the Year. Meanwhile, T-Pain took home Track Of The Year for his hit single “Buy U A Drank (Shawty Snappin).” Other notable wins included Lil Wayne for MVP Of The Year and Gucci Mane for Rookie Of The Year.

Overall, the night proved why hip hop is one of the most vibrant genres in music today – from its powerful lyrics to its incredible energy on stage. With a mix of old school legends and up-and-coming stars, there was something for everyone during this year’s ceremony. It was truly a celebration of hip hop culture in all its forms as each artist paid tribute to those who came before them and inspired future generations of performers.

Highlights From The Show

As the evening progressed, it was clear that this year’s BET Hip Hop Awards were going to be a night to remember. From impressive performances to heartfelt speeches, there was plenty of entertainment throughout the show.

One of the most memorable moments came from Nicki Minaj as she accepted her award for Best Female Hip Hop Artist. In her speech, she thanked all of her fans and reflected on how far hip hop has come since its humble beginnings. This moment underscored just how much respect exists among artists in the genre – especially those who have been part of its evolution over time.

The energy on stage was palpable as Drake performed his hit single ‘Forever.’ His lyrics resonated with both old school fans and newcomers alike, proving why he is one of today’s biggest stars in the world of hip hop. The crowd cheered along as he delivered an electrifying performance that had everyone on their feet by the end. It truly was a night filled with iconic performances that celebrated the best of hip hop culture.

Conclusion

I was thrilled to see the show come together. The performances and tributes were really inspiring, and there were so many talented artists that made it an amazing night of music. All of us who watched had our own favorite moments, but in the end, there could only be one winner for each category.

Kanye West took home four awards: Best Hip Hop Video, MVP Of The Year, CD Of The Year, and Best Collaboration. Other big winners included Drake (Rookie Of The Year), Eminem (Lyricist Of The Year) and Nicki Minaj (Made You Look Award). I thought all these acts deserved their respective awards because they put out such great work this past year.

Overall, the 2010 BET Hip Hop Awards was a star-studded event that celebrated some of hip hop’s best talent from both established stars to up-and-comers. It was definitely an enjoyable experience seeing everyone take the stage or receive recognition for their hard work throughout the last 12 months.
