Newcomer Angel Gold, Ty Dolla $ign’s sister, unleashes her intimate plans for her special someone in "Can We," a new single produced by Trev Case. On the mid-tempo 808 thumper, the budding R&B songstress delivers soothing and seductive vocals about a one on one connection as she reveals, “I just want to be with you all night.”

“‘Can We’ was created with the Producer Trev Case one late night in the studio playing with the 808 sound… I immediately sang my verse and claimed the beat in a room full of rappers looking for tracks… I was determined to complete the song that night while I had the chance,” Angel tells Singersroom about what inspired the record. “Another artist/ writer named Knotch came into the session and heard what I was doing and blessed the hook with melodies. He is the reason why the hook says make love, because I was thinking along the lines of make up. I broke up with my boyfriend at the time and was reminiscing on good times and experiences we shared together.”

Angel is currently working on the EP, After Hours. It’s fair to say “Can We” fits well with the theme.
