After landing a major record deal with Atlantic Records, 22-year-old UK singer/songwriter Jacob Banks ends July on a funky, footloose note with “Move With Me,” an up-tempo ditty produced by Knox Brown that may rival Pharrell’s “Happy” for most jubilant song of 2014. Filmed in Barcelona, Spain, Banks pursues a young woman who catches his eye, and what follows is an adventurous pursuit.
