Since Melanie Fiona released “Cold Piece” back in October (2013), fans have been craving new music from the R&B beauty.
Well it seems our musical wish will be coming to fruition shortly. Asked about a new album on Twitter, Fiona replied to a fan with, “You'll have one… Sooooon!!”
She also adds, "I appreciate every Tweet, RT & inquiry about my music. I have been growing & creating to give you my best. It's almost that time."
Soon is a very shaky word in the business of music, especially since the Roc Nation affiliate is looking for a new major label home after splitting with SRC Records.
Not that MF is worried about that piece of her career; she told Billboard last year, “I’m at a place where I can make music very creatively free.”
Nonetheless, here’s hoping for a new album from MF soon!
