Relationships have their ups and downs, but some things should be automatic!
Claudette Ortiz premieres the brand new single "Automatic," a relationship anthem produced by Jerry Wonda and written by Jeremiah Renaldo. On the cut, the 'R&B Divas: LA' star showcase her stirring vocal chops while laying down her new rules on what she won't tolerate from a lover.
"I don't like, I should be with someone who treat me right… It takes a strong woman to put up with the sh*t y'all put us through," sings Claudette.
Singersroom spoke with Claudette last year, and she confirmed plans for a new album.
"I have a lot to say, so lyrically there’s gonna be some love songs, but also things to help people when they need something during a struggle to let out some emotion," she told us. "As far as music, the sound of it, I would say it’s very R&B, you’re gonna have some heavy drums in there, very melodic, and maybe a little later on I’ll start on some pop things, but right now, what’s coming out is very R&B, a lot of singing, plenty of instruments."
