Justin Bieber is going to trial and it's not too far off. According to Miami based sources, the "Believe" singer's trial will take place in March.
Bieber will face a judge over DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license charges beginning March 3 in Miami Dade County. All of those charges stem from his arrest on Jan. 23 after he was observed drag racing.
As widely reported, Bieber told officials that he had taken prescription pills and pot before driving.
Toxicology tests later proved that he had taken THC and Alprazolam. Alprazolam is an ingredient found in Xanax, a prescription anti-anxiety medication.
