The spotlight is back on Jennifer Lopez, who has returned to her center seat on the recently reset "American Idol" judging panel of three.
As pictured above, Lopez is joined by Harry Connick, Jr. and Keith Urban for the next season, which premieres in January.
Following one of its most controversial and poorly rated seasons to date, "American Idol" will be returning with more than changes to the panel.
According to THR, "the show is definitely going back to its original mission of shining the spotlight where it belongs — on emerging new talent. Also worth noting: the chemistry of the panel is undeniably positive. All three judges on the extremely photogenic panel complement each other, practically finishing each other's sentences with an ease that was absent from last year's crew."
