Grammy Nominated musician, producer and composer Brandon Williams taps Jean Baylor (formerly of iconic 90’s R&B duo Zhané) for the soulful single "Stronger." Pegged as the first release from his upcoming compilation album 'XII', due out in spring 2014, the track was written by Williams, Baylor, and her husband Marcus Baylor, who also played drums on the track.
"Stronger" is themed around that "age old story of the ups & downs in a relationship that requires that inner strength to make it through."
"With the world we live in today, people are very quick to walk away from relationships at the first sign of trouble," says Williams. "That has to change. We need more messages like “Stronger” encouraging and promoting not only love, but endurance."
Williams' resume include works for Janet Jackson, Bilal, Jadakiss, and many more. For the new LP, he will also collaborate with Robert Glasper, Nicholas Payton, Mike Phillips, Frank McComb, Don Blackman, and Denaun Porter.
