Two fans have filed a lawsuit against Omarion, asking for unspecified damages after being injured at one of his concerts last year.
According to the filing, Brunel Jordonne and Kenson Sainvilus say they attended Omarion's concert at the Ole Bar & Grill in Newburgh, NY and a number of fights broke out. Security reportedly worked to diffuse the fights by pushing everyone outside to a nearby parking lot, but Jordonne and Sainvilus wanted to stay at their VIP table, where they felt safe.
"Jordonne and Sainvilus claim security forced them outside anyway — where the two men were then attacked by a group of strangers for no reason … and things got crazy," reports TMZ. "According to the docs, Sainvilus was punched in the head several times and security even maced him as he tried to escape the parking lot fight. Meanwhile, Jordonne claims he was kicked in the head and had to be airlifted to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. Sainvilus says he was also hospitalized."
According to the filing, Omarion's team advertised "tight security" on the concert poster and as a result, they want unspecified damages.
