Justin Timberlake Races Toward No.1 UK Album, ‘Experience’ For CNN

Justin Timberlake is well positioned for a debut atop the UK Albums Chart later today.

According to The Official Charts Company, the "Mirrors" singer has sold well over 57,000 copies of his new album, "The 20/20 Experience," in the UK.

"Justin Timberlake eyes up his third UK Number 1 album in a row as The 20/20 Experience looks set to zoom straight in at the top this weekend," The Official Charts Co. reports. "If JT can maintain his lead through to Sunday, it will be Timberlake’s third UK chart topper in a row; his debut, Justified, and the follow-up, FutureSex/LoveSounds, reached the top spot in 2002 and 2006."

As previously reported, the album has been a major hit in the U.S. as well and is expected to sell upwards of 900,000 copies first week.
