Bobby Brown is back home with his family after a short stint at the California State House of Correction. Brown, who was suppose to serve 55 days, was released early due to jail overcrowding, time off for good behavior and credit for "good time work time."
“Mr. Brown has accepted responsibility for what occurred last October 2012. Mr. Brown is pleased that the matter has been resolved and to be home with this wife and young son,” said Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen LLC, legal counsel for Bobby Brown.
The 44-year-old Brown was arrested and charged for his third DUI in October 2012 in Studio City, California. He pleaded no contest to the charges and will be under four years of informal probation and must complete an 18-month alcohol treatment program.
