Kelly Rowland Shares Her Secret to Getting Fab Abs

As summer quickly approaches and the need for clothing quickly diminishes, I bet you’ve been wondering how to tighten up your core to get summer-ready. Well, Kelly Rowland comes to your rescue by sharing her ab workout routine with Us Magazine.

No doubt Kelly’s ab game is on point. She has one of (if not the best) midsections in Hollywood. The “Motivation” singer MUST have just that, as she tells the magazine, “I do 45 minutes of abs work every night.” With those results, it shouldn’t be difficult to find the motivation.

To achieve the super-toned flat-tummy, she says her favorite exercises are “Burn-it Bicycles.” “When I first started working with [trainer] Jeanette [Jenkins] she would make me do 25 in one set. Now, I do 50,” she says.

A strong core is crucial for everyday living and performing, she says. “When I’m dancing on stage, when I’m walking around. I have to make sure that my core is strong, it’s tight.”
