Monica on New Life: ‘I’m Reinventing Myself…But Keeping Old Factors’

R&B singer Monica Brown will release her seventh studio album, New Life, in February. Led by the Missy Elliot-produced first single “Anything (To Find You),” the set will merge sounds from Monica’s earlier years with her current new life influences.

“I’m reinventing myself in some aspects, but keeping old factors that are more engaging to the audience who have been kind enough to support me all these years,” Monica told the Miami Herald.

The Atlanta native wants her fans to know that she has evolved, adding: “That’s why I titled the album New Life. I’ve grown and learned.”

As a special treat, Monica is letting her valued fans be a part of New Life, by releasing a special Fan Edition. Fans who pre-order the album by January 16, 2012 will have their names included in the album booklet.

Pre-Order your copy of New Life and reserve your place in Monica’s new life today!
