Mariah Carey is close to revealing a release date for the touted remix edition of “Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel”. Following the release of the “H.A.T.E. U” featured album, Carey’s remix edition will likely feature contributions from Swizz Beatz, Tricky Stewart, Trey Songz, R. Kelly and T-Pain. While a date has not been confirmed, sources say the remix edition could end up being a Target Exclusive package. If the Target deal goes through, Carey will join John Legend and Christina Aguilera, who have also released albums exclusively through the retailer. “Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel” arrived in stores, on the strength of “Obsessed” and “I Want To Know What Love Is,” September of 2009.
