R&B singer Sammie is ready to make your “Bodyrock” with his brand new single featuring Bad Boy recording star Yung Joc ! “Bodyrock,” the first single from Sammie’s forthcoming junior album “Coming of Age” hit Singersroom recently amidst the “Kiss Me Through The Phone” singer’s unveiling of his new production label and entertainment company StarCamp Music. “I felt it was time for me to step out on my own, into a state of entrepreneurship,” Sammie says of his latest business venture and launchpad for “Coming of Age”. “Iâve been in the industry since I was twelve so I have an understanding of what I should look like, sound like and where I should be as an artist. StarCamp not only allows me to take my career into my own hands but provide a vehicle for talented producers and artists to be heard.” News of Sammie’s new single and forthcoming album follows a parting of ways with Rowdy Records and the current Top 3 charting Billboard Hot 100 single “Kiss Me Thru The Phone” with Soulja Boy. When speaking with Singersroom last year, Sammie confirmed several collaborative efforts likely to be featured on “Coming of Age” including work with Bryan Michael Cox, Jermaine Dupri, Adonis Shropshire and 112 singer/songwriter Daron Jones. “Producer wise it is going to be a stacked house and Iâm looking forward to the album and what they’re going to come up with next,” said Sammie. StarCamp Music is a joint venture with Street Love founders Big Reese and Jasper Cameron. Listen to Sammie’s new single “Bodyrock” right here at Singersroom.com !
