Hailing from The Bay Area, singer-songwriter Elijah Grae unveils the thought-provoking video for his latest single,”Rivals.”
Described as “a political record that sounds like a love song,” Grae tones it down to bring awareness to important issues taking place in today’s society.
Elijah was an original member of the Drop City Yacht Club, but since opted to chase his dreams alone. Since parting ways, he has been writing and producing a multitude of potential hits with his partner A.V. The two are creating new sounds for which Elijah is hoping to release soon. Included in the list of releases is forthcoming single, “Touch and Geaux” which should see daylight within the next coming months.
Aside from penning his own music, Elijah has worked with a few of your favorite entertainers. He has penned hits for Jake Miller and inked E-40’s “Red Cup” which featured T-Pain, Kid Ink, and B.o.B.
Gearing up to release his upcoming self-titled album, Elijah Grae uses writing as a coping method to navigate through life’s rollercoaster ride. From mourning the loss of his mother, a failed engagement and his brother sentenced to prison, he has channeled every emotion felt to curate his debut project.
