Known for hosting a good ole dance party with his music, singer-songwriter Ne-Yo doesn’t disappoint with his brand new single, “Push Back,” featuring Bebe Rexha and Stefflon Don.
“Push Back” is the latest release from Ne-Yo’s forthcoming seventh studio album, Good Man. This is the fourth single (after “Earn Your Love,” “Another Love Song” and “Good Man”) from the upcoming LP.
While Stefflon adds some dancehall flavor, rapping, “Push it back when me jump on the ting,” Bebe chimes in on the second verse. “My booty amazing,” she sings. “Come on, baby, chase it / Back to the floor, give us space.”
In a recent interview with Ebony, Ne-Yo dished on the inspiration behind the album’s title. “I named the album Good Man because this album is kind of a snapshot of where I am now in my life,” the singer disclosed. “I am currently 38 years old, happily married for two years, I have three children and one on the way. My priorities have changed. This album is kind of a lead by example in regards to what it is to be a good husband to your wife, a good boyfriend to your girlfriend, a good brother to your brother and just a good guy to the world.”
