Ray J and Chris Brown out here making chicks “Famous.”
On their new collaboration, which will appear on Ray J’s long-delayed album, Raydemption, the two R&B singers go back and forth, sharing their stories about making females popular. The song is also billed as a diss record for Ray J’s ex-girlfriend and sextape partner, Kim Kardashian, who is currently married to rapper/producer Kanye West.
On the Drumma Boy-produced track, Breezy kicks off the braggadocios lyrics with, “I know that you cry when you’re goin’ to sleep every damn night / I’ll f**k around and make another one famous.”
The disrespect is prominent on the second half of the record as Ray J unleashes: “I told the judge, my hands in the sky / It wasn’t me, I’m not that kind of guy / She f**ked me for fame, look in her eyes / She was the first one to sign on the line / She was the real one to plan it all out / Look at the family, they walk around proud / All because she had my d*ck in her mouth.”
“Famous,” which jacks Kanye West’s song title of the same name, came to life after the rapper featured nude wax figures of Ray J and Chris Brown in his music video.
“You can’t fault me and Chris for responding to all the things that have been done about us [in the media] over the last few months,” Ray J stated last month.
Ray J and Brown are not only music collaborators; the two are good friends.
