Ontario producer S.L.M.N gets fellow Toronto natives, singer Emerson Brooks and rapper Luu Breeze for “Too Much Time,” a jam that instantly grabs your attention upon pressing play.
On the song, Brooks sings about flexing on those who criticize his lifestyle, “Mama said I got too much pride, so I gotta flex on her / I should prolly be doing some time, but you know I gotta flex on em,” he sings on the hook.
“Too Much Time” is from S.L.M.N’s upcoming EP 21 Sanford, named after the apartment complex he grew up in.
“The name reminds me of where I came from, he told Complex. “This new EP is dedicated to showcasing the talent of artists that have helped me grow into the producer I am today.”
