Chris Brown Arrested (And Released) For Felony Assault, Accuser’s Theft History Surfaces

The drama is still unfolding…

Yesterday, a woman named Baylee Curran called police claiming Brown threatened her with a gun in his home over jewelry. The LA police were outside Chris Brown’s home awaiting a search warrant to enter his abode in a standoff that took hours.

Now, it’s being reported by TMZ that Brown and his entourage emerged from the home to talk to the authorities, and he was eventually arrested for felony assault with a deadly weapon. He was released after posting $250,000 bail.

Curran told TMZ and the police that one of Brown’s entourage wanted her to sign a non-disclosure agreement after the alleged incident, but she refused and “made a run for it.” *side eye.* When asked if drugs and drinking was present, Curran became uneasy, smirked,  and refused to  answer the question, and said she wants to focus on what happened to her.

Media reports brought up Brown’s 2009 assault incident against Rihanna, they’re now digging up Curran’s not-so-savory past. But TMZ is also reporting she’s a wanted woman in NYC after allegedly stealing a designer purse at The Plaza Hotel in 2013. Police docs state after an argument with her friends, Curran snatched one of their Louis Vuitton purses valued at $1,000 and ran out of the hotel. Docs state she dropped the purse and ran off with the bag’s other contents: credit cards and a Michael Kors wallet, and $200 in cash.

Also, it’s since rumored that Curran is cool with Brown’s baby’s mother Nia Guzman, which raises suspicions that Brown was being set up.

Realty TV star Ray J, who was in  attendance at the time of the alleged gun-pointing incident at Breezy’s house, posted a video on IG with the caption, “Thingz gotta change man! This ain’t kool! – much support to@chrisbrownofficial and the whole team!#StayPositive #DontLetTheDevilWin

If Curran is such a victim, why is the first place she goes to TMZ? Is she an attention seeker,  and is this a plot to mess with Chris Brown?
