Tsunami Mob’s Maurice Moore releases his sixth single of 2016 entitled “Please You.”
On the song, the Toronto-based artist pens a message anyone can relate to; it’s meant to empower those to not seek outside validation, and to live for themselves: essentially, the essence of true happiness.
“I don’t live to please you, I don’t / I don’t live to please you, I don’t / I see you all on my page / why the f*ck you won’t go away?” he asks on the chorus.
The catchy, bouncy track produced by Instupendo & Auracle gives the Ottawa, Canada native the freedom to characteristically flaunt his penmanship.
“I dedicate this song to every record label, critic, and everybody who tries to tell us how we should live our lives. Do what you love and do it however the hell ya want,” Moore explained.
