by New Edition is having a great year; not only will their BET biopic air in 2017, but they will also receive a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame! And their not alone: John Legend and Ice Cube are also a few stars to receive their own stars on the sunny L.A. boulevard.
According to The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, the late Selena, boy band NSYNC, Hall & Oates, Clarence Avant will also get stars in the recording arts category.
Tyra Banks will also receive a star in the TV category, along with Eva Longoria, Wolfgang Puck, and more.
In other Walk Of Fame news, eleven-time Grammy-winning Gospel great Shirley Caesar received her star yesterday (June 28th). The event also marked 50 years for Shirley as a solo artist.
Fellow Gospel stars Yolanda Adams and Kirk Franklin also attended the ceremony at The Fonda Theatre.
