Adele’s album 25 is due out tomorrow (Nov. 20th), and after her chart topping, record breaking single “Hello,” it’s safe to say the LP has high expectations!
Adele’s music seems to touch the souls of many so get your tissues ready, because here’s one of the album’s tracks that will have you all in your feelings: “Million Years Ago” is an acoustic ballad full of Adele’s signature emotion.
“I know I’m not the only one who regrets the thing I’ve done / Sometimes I feel it’s just only me who can stand the reflection that they see,” she sings. “Life is a party to be thrown, but that was a million years ago,” she laments.
About the album, Adele wrote on her social media last month, “My last record was a break-up record and if I had to label this one I would call it a make-up record.”
25 follows her chart-topping 2011 album 21. Pre-order on iTunes above.
