Ciara's sixth studio album, Jackie, fell short of a top 10 debut on this week's Billboard 200 album chart. Led by the singles "I Bet" and "Dance Like We're Making Love," the new offering landed at No. 17, selling a dim 19.9K units in its first week of release. She recently kicked off her first headlining tour in six years, but it doesn't look like the first six dates helped her music sales.
Mumford & Sons' 'Glassnote' took the top spot with 249k albums sold, and Josh Groban's Stages took the runner-up position with 101,000 units moved in it's second week.
Rapper Tech N9ne's Special Effects secured the no. 4 spot, landing him his biggest sales week ever — He shifted 66K overall units.
