Ever since stepping into the spotlight as the voice of Wale’s “Bad,” Tiara Thomas has since been dropping singles, and even released an EP, Dear Sallie Mae. Rico Love has since swooped her up as his protégé, and the two have been working on her debut LP on Love’s Division1 imprint.
Today, Thomas drops this tune “One Night,” a song from a feminist perspective about how not all women want commitment…sometimes it’s just about a single evening fling.
“Cause all girls ain’t after your money / And all girls ain’t lookin for love / Sometimes good girls get lonely / They want something money can’t buy / Don’t want the rest of your life, just one night,” she sings on the hook.
