If you’ve been wondering when Season one X Factor USA winner Melanie Amaro’s debut project Truly is coming out, wonder no more …it’s been scrapped, fueling rumors that her $5 million deal with Sony is over as well.
However, Amaro is starting over again, this time on a smaller scale with an EP called Fuel My Fire from which this title track stems. It's a Pop-y R&B anthem in which Melanie dares the naysayers to keep yappin', cause it only fuels her fire to keep going.
"Go head and pour the gasoline on my name (I love it, fuel my fire) / To me it's just another log in the flame (I think I love it, fuel my fire)," she strongly states on the chorus.
