Deborah Cox Changes Management, Returns to Studio for Sixth Album

In 2008, Deborah Cox started her hiatus from releasing new albums; on the break from music projects she pursued musical theater, landing the leading role in the Broadway musical, "Jekyll & Hyde".

With the national tour of the play over, Cox has signed a new management contract with Primary Wave Music as she returns to writing and recording records for an upcoming album. "The great thing about joining forces with the Primary Wave team is that we can be more effective in executing my desired goals," stated Cox.

The creative vision for the "If It Wasn't For Love" singer's forthcoming album is to showcase powerful vocals on ballads and up-tempo dance tracks that cross over.

The new project is expected to be available for download at the end on the year
