L.A. indie singer LIZ takes it back to the sounds of the turn of the millennium with "Y2K," a track from her upcoming Feb. 27 EP Just Like You.

With the choppy production taking a page from Timbaland’s early style, and the warped, chipmunk-like vocal samples, Norwegian artist Lido's production nods the sounds of the late-90s/early 2000s while LIZ’s voice sweetens the concoction.

"I wanted the track to be Baltimore/Jersey club inspired, epic and dynamic," LIZ told Billboard.

LIZ sound is signature 90s-inspired, like on the previously released "Stop Me Cold."
