After serving 3 months last summer for tax evasion, Lauryn Hill his bouncing back with a vengeance! She’s released new music, narrated a documentary, hitting up a few spots across the U.S., but she also paid tribute to the record-breaking group The Beatles for CBS’ weeklong tribute to the legendary British band for their 50th anniversary.
On Friday (Feb. 7), Lauryn belted out the Beatles classic "Something" on "The Late Show with David Letterman," adding her classic Lauryn-vocal swag to the record. Looking rather boho chic in a maxi dress, leather jacket, and hat, she proved she's coming back stronger than ever before.
Half a century ago, The Beatles debuted on the "The Ed Sullivan Show" for their first American appearance, and the rest, they say, is history.
