As Virginia-bred rising talent Chris Scholar drops his debut LP “Language Arts,” he also unleashes this chill and groovy “Nominee” from the set, something to bring back the 90s R&B.
On the single, he claims his girl by nominating her for the biggest award: his heart. “Baby you know that you look good with me, on red carpets and on TV, you’re my perfect celebrity…and the winner is you” he praises.
