Jhene Aiko debuted this song in an acoustic set two months ago on Rap UP TV, and now here’s the full recording of "Bed Peace" ft. Childish Gambino from her upcoming Sail Out EP.
Cleverly, the single cover is a re-creation of John Lennon and Yoko Ono’s 1969 “Bed-Ins for Peace” to protest the Vietnam War. On the track, Aiko sings about wanting to trade in her day of adult responsibility for staying home, blazing up, and making love. We all have wishes of what we would do if we weren't at our day jobs!
Expect Sail Out to drop on November 12.
