Sibling songwriting duo Planet VI (formerly Rock City) have written for Rihanna, Chris Brown, Justin Beiber, Usher, R. Kelly, T.I., Jennifer Hudson, Ace Hood, DJ Khaled, Mario, etc., but now the R&B/Hip-hop masterminds have dropped something of their own in the form of “Spell On Me,” a ballad about being hypnotized by love’s vapors. The hazy production accentuates the lyrics which express being enchanted in love.
