After rocking out at Stage 48 last week, PJ Morton releases an intriguing video for “Work It Out” from his debut album, New Orleans. PJ begs for forgiveness for his life while bound to a board hovering over deep, murky waters with his fed up girlfriend holding his fate in her hands.
“Work It Out" is about that moment in a relationship where it's your last attempt. It's where your girl is totally fed up with you and you're giving it that one last try at getting her back. I felt that the relationship scenario where you kiss and make up has been done a million times over so I wanted it to come from another place,” he told HuffPost.
