She then went on to pursue a solo career with Blisslife Records releasing five full length studio albums through them – Infinite Possibilities (2000), Morning (2002), Bravebird (2005), Ice Cream Everyday (2009) and Ready or Not Here I Come: Live at Yoshi’s Vol 1 & 2 (2012).

Afraid Music marks Larrieux’s return to music after an 8 year hiatus. The album features 12 tracks that showcase her signature sound while embracing new sounds like electronic beats and samples.
