It's official. Ciara's long delayed fifth studio album, One Woman Army, will arrive this summer. Led by the new single "Body Party," produced by Mike WiLL Made-It, and co-written by her label mate, Future, the set will arrive in stores and online June 4, 2013.
"One Woman Army is a very very real album for me. It's a very exciting album…I'm very free in my thoughts. It represents my independence as a woman, but it's not about being over independent," Ciara previously told Singersroom. "It also represents the concept of I'm a soldier and I can stand tough through the toughest times…but I also need a soldier that's going to stand on the frontline with me and be strong."
In addition to the upcoming album, Ciara can be seen in a reoccurring role on the upcoming sixth season of BET's The Game, which kicks off Tuesday, March 26 with a special one hour-long premiere.
