After two albums and a re-release, Nicki Minaj is ready to assume the role of a record exec. The “Freedom” hit maker introduces her new artist, British singer-songwriter Parker, who fans caught a piece of on Minaj’s “Hell Yeah,” off Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded â The Re-Up. The R&B crooner is the second act signed to Minaj’s label alongside rapper Brinx.
Parker’s intro record is the electro-soul “So Beautiful,” a sensual med-tempo record that describes a woman on her grind.
“This song So Beautiful by Parker really makes me feel like bustin it open in slow motion tho… *shrugs* welp…” tweeted Nicki, who also praised her signee’s musical talents. “Wow, so proud. Writes, Sings & Produces everything he does.”
Parker is currently working on his intro mixtape, Young, Dumb, & 21, set to arrive soon.
