Eric Benet literally has “News For You.” Serving as the fourth single from his latest album, The One, the track is the R&B crooner’s third consecutive offering to land #1 most added at radio after premiering last week.
“News For You” sees Benet easing some tension off his special lady, letting her know that her prior relationship worries are behind her insisting, “I got news for you, Cause you don’t know how I do, I got ways to make you smile They never knew about.”
The One also features the singles “Real Love“, “Redbone Girl” featuring Lil Wayne, and “Harriett Jones“. The album is the first release on Benet’s own record label, Jordan House Records.
