The Floacist – Soul

The Floacist issues the brand new self-penned track, “Soul,” the follow-up to her lead single “Say Yes.” Set to appear on her forthcoming second solo studio album, The Floacist Presents: Floetry Rebirth, on the track, The Floacist sings about keeping Floetry alive following the departure of Marsha Ambrosius.

“Never saw my self without you friend, now you wanna go out on your own, well…where you wanna be, is not for me, you’ll have to go alone,” sings The Floacist on the grooving track.

The Floacist aka Natalie Stewart released her debut album ‘The Floacist presents: Floetic Soul,’ featuring “Forever” with Musiq Soulchild and “Keep It Going,” a collaboration with Raheem DeVaughn, in November 2010. She is scheduled to drop her sophomore album on October 2, 2012.
