Known as the powerful vocalist behind Xscape, LaTocha Scott battled with weight loss and self image after being labeled the big girl of the group. But where she was in the 90s is drastically different from today. Upon meeting this diva in person, her confidence is exuded through infectious laughter, a plummeting physique and a positive spirit. A factor in her rejuvenated attitude has been her healthier diet that increased her energy. In the past fruits and vegetables were not consistently included in her meal selections.
