“Our Version of Events” singer Emeli Sande has accepted an invitation to not only become an ambassador for The Prince’s Trust, but will perform at an upcoming benefit.
“I was extremely happy to accept the kind invitation to become an Ambassador for The Prince’s Trust, having witnessed the wonderful work that they do first hand and having met some of those lucky enough to benefit from the support which they offer,” says Sande.
The Prince’s Trust is a youth charity that works with 13 to 30 year olds providing “practical and financial support.”
“We have helped more than 600,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day,” reports the Prince’s Trust. “More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education and training.”
Sande will perform at London’s Royal Albert Hall, with all proceeds donated to The Prince’s Trust, in November.
While the event is sold out, more information can be found via the Royal Albert Hall website.
