If you were worried that R. Kelly would lose a few steps because of his throat surgery, you can relax. As you hear on the upbeat Chicago two-stepper “Share My Love,” the Pied Piper of R&B is ready to spread love around.
The R is plotting his eleventh album ‘Write Me Back,’ a concept album similar to his critically acclaimed 2010 record ‘Love Letter.’ While many artists today are meshing R&B with dance, Kelly moves ahead by pulling inspiration from Sam Cooke’s musical styling.
Never one to shy away from making babies, Kels sings “Now that we’re in this room/ Let’s do what we were born to do/ Populate!”
