R&B singer Tankâs upcoming release is a little over three weeks away and the âSex Musicâ crooner couldnât be more excited. The new effort, âNow or Never,â which will hit stores December 14th, is the follow up to 2007âs âSex, Love & Pain,â and boast collaborations from Chris Brown and rapper Drake. âItâs the right timeâ¦December 14th is going to be a major day for R&B,â Tank tells Singersroom at the recent taping of the Soul Train Awards about his new project. âWe going head to headâ¦Jamie Foxx, Dirty Money, R. Kelly, bring emâ on.â Speaking positively about his peers Tank also jokingly says âIf they want it they can come get it.â Adding, âwe are offering it, Iâm an equal opportunity lender.â Tank debut the music video for his second single, âEmergency,â late last week and is planning for a heavy promo run with the backing of Atlantic Records in the coming weeks. âIâm ready to goâ¦let the dog of the leash,â Tank tells Singersroom.
