EXCLUSIVE: R&B Singer Tank Says Bring on Jamie Foxx, Dirty Money and R. Kelly

R&B singer Tank’s upcoming release is a little over three weeks away and the “Sex Music” crooner couldn’t be more excited. The new effort, ‘Now or Never,’ which will hit stores December 14th, is the follow up to 2007’s ‘Sex, Love & Pain,’ and boast collaborations from Chris Brown and rapper Drake. “It’s the right time…December 14th is going to be a major day for R&B,” Tank tells Singersroom at the recent taping of the Soul Train Awards about his new project. “We going head to head…Jamie Foxx, Dirty Money, R. Kelly, bring em’ on.” Speaking positively about his peers Tank also jokingly says “If they want it they can come get it.” Adding, “we are offering it, I’m an equal opportunity lender.” Tank debut the music video for his second single, “Emergency,” late last week and is planning for a heavy promo run with the backing of Atlantic Records in the coming weeks. “I’m ready to go…let the dog of the leash,” Tank tells Singersroom.
