Over the weekend, rapper Lil Wayne took the stage for the first time since being released from jail late last week. Wayne, who completed his eight-month sentence at New York’s Riker’s Island for weapons possession, performed at Las Vegas’ Hard Rock Hotel for the finale of Drake’s ‘Light Dreams and Nightmares’ tour, singing their duet âMiss Me.â “I’m fresh from my vacation,â Wayne tells concertgoers, who went wild when he came out. âI swear to God ain’t nothing, nothing, nothing like home.” During the set, Drake spoke about getting a phone call from Wayne the previous day, saying: “It was from a number I never seen in my life. All I heard was, ‘Yo, I got a new number. It’s Weezy.’ I said, ‘Man, it’s great to hear your voice on a regular line.’ “
