Drake Wins Big At Juno Awards

Drake walked away with two awards at this weekend’s anticipated Juno Awards in St. Johns, Newfoundland, Canada. Entering the ceremony on the strength of four nominations, including a nod for single of the year, and an anticipated performance, Drake wowed audiences by taking the stage for a performance with fellow nominee, Justin Bieber. Unfortunately for Bieber, that performance ended up being his only highlight as Drake stole the show with wins for Best New Artist and Rap Recording of the Year. As previously reported, Melanie Fiona was also nominated for a Juno Award along with Michael Buble’, who won Artist of the Year. Drake’s forthcoming album, “Thank Me Later,” is due in stores June 15.
