SR Gospel: Hezekiah Walker TEN Weeks at No.1, Plus This Week’s Top 10 Songs

Hezekiah Walker & LFC’s inspirational song “Souled Out” has just earned its tenth week atop the Gospel airplay charts ! “Souled Out,” featured on the 2008 album of the same name, was recorded live at the Love Fellowship Tabernacle in Bensalem, PA full of energy and praise. Produced by Donald Lawrence, the album covers everything from high energy anthems to soul stirring ballads with appearances from Shawn McLemore and Ricardo Sanchez. After thirty-three weeks on the chart, “Souled Out” remains at no.1 this week, followed by Donald Lawrence’s latest “Back II Eden” (no.2). In related news, BET has revealed its nominees for Best Gospel Artist. Mary Mary, Smokie Norful, Trin-I-Tee 5:7, Regina Belle, and Shirley Caesar are among those nominated.
