Noted Gospel/Jazz great, Kim Burrell is set to release her first studio album in seven years next month ! Burrell, noted as one of Gospel music’s leading ladies, has wrapped up her seventh album titled “No Ways Tired.” An ode to the great James Cleveland, “No Ways Tired” will include classic cuts of “My Faith Looks Up to Thee, “I Surrender All” and “O Lamb of God”. With production from Chris “Big Dog” Davis,” Burrell’s “No Ways Tired” is slated for release April 7 via Shanachie Entertainment. In related news, BET has revealed the TOP 20 finalists for the second season of its hit singing/reality competition ‘Sunday Best’. “There was so much talent this season that we literally passed on dozens of incredible singers just because of space limitations,” says Erica and Tina Campbell of Mary Mary. “We would gladly share the stage with any of the top 20 selected because they’re just that good!
