Beyonce snapped up a Golden Globe nomination for Best Original Song Thursday. “Once In A Lifetime,” a song co-written by Beyonce and featured on the Cadillac Records soundtrack, will go head to head with original scores from ‘Wall-E’, Bolt and Gran Torino. Beyonce joins fellow nominees Blair Underwood (HBO’s In Treatment) and the cast of the television adaptation of “A Raisin In The Sun” featuring Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and Sanaa Lathan. In related news, Beyonce’s “Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It) remains atop the Billboard R&B chart for a fourth week. The same cannot be said for the singer’s #1 spot on the Hot 100. According to Billboard, T.I. has reclaimed his #1 status beating out both Britney Spears’ “Womanizer” and “Circus”.
