After much controversy and waiting, the Tupac biopic "All Eyez On Me” has been officially acquired up by entertainment studio heavyweight Lionsgate studios to hit theaters this summer.
Earlier this year, fans of Janet Jackson created a video called #InductJanet in support of getting her inducted into The Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame. Now, the social media movement has the chance to pick up steam because Jackson has been selected as a nominee (again) for the 2017 induction ceremony. Ckaka Khan, Tupac, and the disco/funk collective Chic are also among the nominees.

On what would be Tupac Shakur's 45th birthday today (June 16th), the trailer for the highly-anticipated biopic about his life, "All Eyez on Me," has finally arrived.
For the past few years, thereâs been biopic release after release of our favorite stars (TLC, Aaliyah, Whitney Houston, NWA). Even though some were received better by audiences more than others, the stream of movies about music artists continues to grow.
After a quick snag in plans to bring the Tupac musical to Broadway due to lack of available theaters, the show will indeed go on!
