The singer/songwriter’s hot single “Down” moved from 2-1 after Spears’ “3” slid from 1-5 in a surprising shakeup Thursday. News of Jay Sean’s recapturing of the top spot, making it his second week atop the chart, comes days after the selection of a Sean Paul and Lil Jon featured single titled “Do You Remember” as the next cut come from “All or Nothing”. Due in stores November 24, Jay Sean’s “All or Nothing” features collaborations with Drake, Birdman, Kevin Rudolph, Lil Jon and more. In related Billboard Hot 100 news, Usher’s “Papers” made its debut on the chart this week at no. 92. The single also claims no. 12 on the Billboard R&B/Hip Hop Songs tally.
